Please help interpret these measurements

Hi all :)

The below measurements are from left and right front speakers (crossed-over to 40hz with a sub).
If you look where I added some turquoise lines it seems like they are in "opposite phase" (I don't know the correct term) to each other.
Is it because of incorrect delay/distance settings in the AVR or something else?

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a common thing. That the right side plays differently from the left. Due to the different reflections in the room for the left side and the right side.
