Here are two Signal Flow Diagrams to help visualize possible HTx functionality. This first one is a 7.1 to 5.2 conversion setup for home theater
Here is an active 4 way stereo system which allows PEQ on each driver and then performs the Dirac Live Project at the stereo level.
We also have a Blank Signal Flow Diagram here to help you lay out your own design ideas.
