Only parts of calibration file applied

I made a calibration file in excel to correct for pink noise response and riaa respons and save as CSV file .
.
If I use each file alone as either Mic or Souncard cal , the full 1-20 000Hz range is compensated. If I use one as MIC calibration and the other as Sound card calibration to make combined effect , the compensation/calibration stops at 6500Hz.
Even stranger, if I add the compenssations togeterh in EXcel and make a new combined file, REW refuses to compensate above 6-7khz again.
How do I gett compensation in for the full frequency range.

In the Analysis preferences uncheck "Limit cal data boost to 20 dB".

If Limit cal data boost to 20 dB is selected REW will limit the total gain applied to compensate for calibration data attenuation to 20 dB. This prevents excessive boosting of the noise floor in areas where the combined mic/meter and soundcard response is more than 20 dB down.
