so now that I've upgraded my theater room receiver I need to decide what to do with my old Onkyo 805. It's a powerhouse and has never failed me in 10 years.
My wife wants me to build an entertainment area in our back yard with display and sound system so I will either use that in the outside system or my r972 meaning that I would put the 805 in the living room where the 972 currently resides.
The r972 is flakey at times as sometimes after changing inputs the sound won't come back (known issue) powering it down usually restores it but it's annoying none the less however Trinnov room correction did a great job and sounds great.
Decisions decisions.
