Okki Nokki’s ONE Signals a Quiet but Serious Return to Record Care

(February 13, 2026) There’s something quietly satisfying about a well-cleaned record. No grit, no pops, just music doing what it’s supposed to do. Plus, getting there is a simple ritual that bridges the dust jacket to dropping the needle. Of course, the kind of bridge you choose can have a big impact on the final experience, and that’s where the Okki Nokki ONE enters the conversation.

The ONE is the direct successor to Okki Nokki's long-running and well-regarded MK II, but calling it an update undersells what’s happened here. The company says it went back to the drawing board and rebuilt the machine from the ground up, while also moving manufacturing back home to the company’s headquarters in the Netherlands. That decision alone says a lot about intent, introducing tighter control, consistency, and a renewed focus on long-term reliability rather than short-term iteration.

Visually and mechanically, the ONE takes a different approach. It’s the first record cleaning machine to use a molded ABS unibody design, which reduces the number of moving parts and integrates the fluid reservoir directly into the chassis. In practical terms, that means fewer failure points and a more robust feel. Okki Nokki also redesigned the air and fluid suction path using principles borrowed from higher-end vacuum systems, resulting in quieter operation and better sealing.

Day-to-day usability hasn’t been forgotten either. A configurable universal vacuum arm is designed to handle 12”, 10”, and 7” records without fuss, and the package includes a stainless steel record clamp and a removable label cover for those who prefer an extra layer of protection. Cleaning fluid concentrate and a goat hair brush are also in the box, so it’s ready to go right out of the gate.

The Okki Nokki ONE is now shipping through North American dealers via Vana Ltd with pricing set at $799.
