I'm completely new to all of this, so please bear with me.
I'm setting up my gear for the first time, and am using a MiniDSP 2x4 HD and a Umik-1 along with REW to help with measurements, etc. I've got my AVR connected to my computer through an HDMI cable.
I've been following several youtube guides, in particular this one
Once I get to the point of running a pink random noise through my speaker using the Speaker Cal, once I press play, it sounds okay, but when I press play again to stop the noise, there is what I can best describe as a higher pitched buzzing sound that comes from the speaker for about .5 seconds, then it stops.
Is this normal? should I be concerned about potential damage to my speaker?
