Deshaun Watson is your QB of the future and I have no doubt he'll be at the worst a top 15 QB. Many people compared him to Alex Smith in regards to leadership, arm strength, and decision making. I think that's why Andy Reid maybe went a different direction. We've had that player and so far he hasn't been able to get us over the hump. I personally think Watson will end up being a very good QB and will have a good career. The question is will he be elite? Time will tell and both Watson and Mahomes will forever be linked because Andy Reid chose Mahomes over Watson.

The NFL has postponed this Sunday’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Miami Dolphins because Hurricane Irma is expected to make landfall in Florida sometime this weekend.

The league has rescheduled the game for Week 11 in Miami, when both teams were scheduled to have a bye week.

The real games begin tonight! KC vs New England is a really tough draw for our first game though. Especially on a night the Patriots are getting their rings and Roger Goodell will be in attendance. I think the Chiefs will keep it close but I'm just not very confident going into Gillette. Strange things always seem to happen like static over the radios and such. We need some big plays, turnovers, and a bit of luck to pull off the upset.

Texans lost to Jaguars 29-7...

Tom Savage led offense averaged just 1.8 yards per play during the first half..
Deshaun Watson started the second half..

I suspect head coach will be gone soon if things don't improve fast!

On Thursday night (yesterday), Texans had a must win game.. After blowing the first regular season game, this was a must win for the coaching staff and they won..
It was a 13-9 victory.. Granted, not great but it is a win..

I am assuming it will be Deshaun Watson's team now.. We shall see.

I wasn't able to watch the game but did Watson really only attempt 6 passes? That seems very strange.

Well that was strange. I checked the box score early this morning and it showed Watson being 2/6 on pass attempts. I just looked again and now it shows 15/24 so that seems more feasible. It looks like he had a pretty good game considering his rushing stats.

I do think Texans should go with Watson over Savage.. They should end this 2 QB controversy thing.. Stick to one player..

I'm surprised they didn't award Watson as the starter coming out of pre-season. I'm not sure about the Texans coaching staff.
