New pro upgrade , screen hiding buttons

Hi guys , hi @John Mulcahy ..

Sorry to bug , as soon as I upgraded to pro my screen changed… specifically the measure screen

The start measurement button is at the bottom of the screen and I can’t resize it.

I can drag the screen up a little so I can see the buttons, as soon as I let go they go back down to the bottom

I literally have to hit tab, and guess where I’m at and then hit enter to start a measurement…

I’ve tried resizing my screen resolution nothing works.

And nothing changed on my computer the only thing that changed was I upgraded to the pro version

I tried upgrading to the new version and then downgrade it back to 5.20 and nothing still does it..

What is your screen resolution and what is your display scaling set to? Reducing the display scaling factor may help, or the latest 5.20.14 build may be better.

Yeah I didn’t change any resolution settings

It’s 1366x768

It’s always been that also …. Nothings changed


I tried 1280x720 (the only other one that keeps the widescreen, just makes it bigger , doesn’t fix it

That doesn't make sense, the 5.20.14 build has a measurement window height of only 711 pixels if the screen height is 800 pixels or less. Can you post a screen capture running the 5.20.14 build? Please use PrtSc to capture the actual screen contents, not a camera.

5.20.9 is from 9 months ago. The current release is 5.20.13, the latest development build is 5.20.14, which was also linked in the second post above.
