Multi-input Transfer functions

I'm trying to see if I can use this software for my impedance tube. Is there a way to get two microphone inputs represented as a transfer function instead of an average?

Click the input configuration button on the Measure dialog (lower right) and select the option to save inputs to individual measurements.
