been reading up on these amps and with the limited reviews I'm not seeing anything that says stay away from.
Any reason I should not be considering this beast besides my back :)

Those look to be very nice amps... and I certainly would not think there would be anything wrong with them.

Do you plan to run it with your Yamaha 1050 as the processor?

I saw them at CEDIA last year. Build quality look really good. I've reviewed the Monoloth Air Motion speakers and was REALLY impressed! I'd imagine they're a good purchase.

I do know these are from the ATI family but I haven't seen a review from an actual consumer. Thanks for the replies.

I'm going to meet with Monoprice at CEDIA... I'm curious about these amps as well. Perhaps we can integrate one into a review.

Sweet. Looking forward to it.

Actually was chatting with my contact there this AM... Monoprice is going to show with some super interesting products. Not sure if the info is embargoed or not, but I'm hoping to get some PR info before the show!

Always nice to have a great bang-for-the-buck player making good gear.

Heat might be a concern but a couple of Antec Silent fans to move some air would likely suffice.

Hmmm... I would assume they'd run fairly cool. But, you make an interesting point!

Class AB. Good ventilation required. IMHO. Looks interesting...

I've been chatting back in forth with a guy who runs a high end Facebook H/T forum who raves about these these amps. It's supposed to produce above listed specs with clean power. I am in no way a tech or numbers guy though. As long as I pull the trigger and it goes bang I'm usaually pretty happy....looking forward to your impressions or even review. Thanks Todd.

I got a chance to see the 5-Channel version at CEDIA. It was powering their demo system described in my show report (https://www.avnirvana.com/threads/av-nirvanas-official-2017-cedia-show-report.1386/).

The amp looked super nice to the eye. Build quality appeared to be very nice. I did touch the top vents and it was definitely warm. Mind you, it would playing music at a very loud volume on a cavernous show floor for roughly 9-10 hours a day!
