Mini DSP HD Has stopped working

I have been using the mini dsp for a few weeks. Today it started to do strange things. Was able to be controlled from input2 even though the input being used is 1. Then it played full volume on a test tone even though everything was turned down. Now it won't play a test tone. If I play a sub test tone from Audyssey and go direct from receiver output to sub it works but not routed through the dsp. I have unplugged the dsp from power for a few minutes and also done a factory reset on one of the configs. Is there a check list I can go through to make sure I am not doing something stupid?

A little more info would help. Input method, USB pre-outs,sub outs? From what model/thing does signal come from usually?Output manner, go to where, what model thing is is going to? For each output? Do you use REW EQ software or other? Do you use a Mac, PC, what? Do you have the most current plug-in for your device from miniDSP? Do the plug-in color level bars go up and down, or are they empty looking? A config reset in a 2x4 HD sets eveything a certain way. You may not be hooked up the same way the config sets it.

Thanks for your response. I had accidentally switched the input to usb. Now everything is working. I new it had to be something small like that. But thanks again for your response.
