The MagniFi Mini AX ($499, available now) is an ultra-compact 14.5" wide design, armed with a 5-speaker array optimized with Polk's own SDA technology. Onboard compatibility with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X brings immersive audio to the forefront, with a 3D Audio Mode available for upmixing stereo music and soundtracks.
Using dialog-centric processing, the MagniFi Mini AX can increase the sound of voices for better intelligibility during normal viewing times. A "Night Mode" boosts dialog while decreasing bass output, while Movie and Music modes can be used to enhance specific media experiences. The MagniFi Mini AX ships with a wireless down-firing sub that can be placed within a 30-foot range. The inclusion of "BassAdjust" allows owners to tweak the sub's output to match personal tastes.
