(October 4, 2022) Prior to CEDIA 2022, AV NIRVANA was invited to a private gathering at Elliston Systems & Design, a high-end home theater integrator in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area. There, a Keith Yates Designed theater room awaited, loaded with speakers manufactured by Meyer Sound. The experience was nothing short of sublime, with Meyer's speaker array providing amazingly smooth and life-like audio. The company was also present on the CEDIA show floor, partnering with Kaleidescape for demos of the company's elite video systems.
Widely known for its commercial cinema presence, which extends from the mixing room to movie theaters, Meyer Sound also has a rich history in the music business. Recently, it began finding its way into residential spaces. We spent time with Meyer Sound's Blake Vackar, who talked about the company's growing presence in the consumer space.
