Looking for the Behringer Feedback Destroyer Guide (BFD Guide)

Is this still archived somewhere for download, Ive searched and have come up with dead links. The problem with stockpiling gear and dreaming of the day you can apply it and poof it seems to be obsolete.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

It kinda went whackado when they did their format change with all kinds of formatting issues, and page 2 was missing (IIR). I bugged them until they got it fixed.
