(May 1, 2025)LG has kicked off pre-orders for two of its flagship 2025 QNED evo televisions: the QNED92 and the QNED evo 9M. The announcement marks the first availability of LG’s True Wireless QNED model, expanding the company’s wireless technology beyond its premium OLED M-series and into its LED lineup.
Headlining the innovation is the QNED evo 9M, LG’s first QNED television equipped with True Wireless Video & Audio Transfer. By utilizing the Zero Connect Box, the 9M eliminates the need for direct video or audio cables to the TV itself—transmitting 4K video at up to 144Hz refresh rates and high-fidelity audio without signal degradation or lag. Only a single power cord connects to the panel, offering a cleaner, more flexible installation experience. It’s the first time this technology, originally seen in LG’s high-end OLED evo M Series, has made its way to QNED models.
Also available for pre-order is the QNED92, LG’s top-tier 4K QNED evo model. This display includes Dynamic QNED Color Pro technology backed by mini-LED backlighting and LG’s latest Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen2. LG says the AI capabilities are 70% more powerful than last year’s processor, enabling improved upscaling, noise reduction, and more lifelike image rendering. Audio also benefits from AI-driven enhancements, including virtual 9.1.2-channel surround sound and better dialogue separation from background noise.
Both models are certified by Intertek for 100% Color Volume (DCI-P3 equivalent or higher), with dynamic tone mapping applied at a per-zone level to ensure HDR content is properly optimized for both bright and dark scenes.
As for pricing, both the 85-inch QNED92A and 86-inch QNED9MA are available now for $3,499, with 75-inch versions of each listed at $2,299. The 65-inch QNED9MA is also up for pre-order at $1,799, while the 65-inch QNED92A will become available later in May. Additional models in the QNED evo series are expected to launch soon, though LG has yet to release full details.
