KLH Launches Its New Ultimate One Headphones with MTV as a Spotlight

(June 18, 2019) KLH has spent the last 12 months making serious waves in the audio world, celebrating the establishment of new ownership and launching a slew of new products. Last week, the company officially released one of those new products: the all-new Ultimate One Headphones.

The Ultimate One might be forged to deliver refined sound, but it has zero issue doubling as total eye candy. The headphones’ open-air over-ear cups are crafted using deliciously rich real ebony wood, which not only looks great but reinforces true sonic integrity. And its high-quality leather surfaces – found on the headband and ear-cups – feature hand stitching backed by dual-layer memory foam. As a total package, the Ultimate One drips with classic refinement right down to the most minute of details, including its complementary protective hard-sided black leather travel case and a soft velour carry bag.

Musically speaking, the headphones utilizes 2-inch pure beryllium drivers for seriously deep reaching performance (18Hz-22kHz). KLH? I had some KLH speakers back in the 80s that were ok sounding but the cabinets vibrated when you pushed the volume so didn't sound so great loud. These headphones look really nice. Look forward to a review Todd
