JBL's Jim Garrett Joins AV NIRVANA Live Tonight, Friday December 6th at 6PM Eastern!

(December 6, 2024) JBL's recent release of Modern Audio AV Receivers and Stage 2 speakers is a fresh take on traditional gear, designed to appeal to a new generation of buyers. JBL went back to the drawing board, talking with GenZ and Millenial buyers to get a sense of what they want from audio technology and how they interact with technologies they currently own. The result is a new line of receivers and speakers that offer an alternative to soundbars and, in some cases, give buyers access to a robust two-channel or home theater system.

Agree. As he eluded, there is a certain kinsman ship in the industry when it comes to success in attracting buyers from that segment. It’s crucial to to survival!

I certainly feel like we were given a real flavor for what JBL was gunning for with the new product lines. Interesting backstory about the launch and the controversial marketing videos as well!
