Java problem using distortion measurements

REW used to work fine, for no reason I have a java error when I measure sweep responce with any ASIO interface I use, trying to access distortion measurement.
Other measurements are fine. (java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 2222 out of bounds for length 2222 occurred, )
Rebooted, tried everything, nothing worhs.
Java was uddated recently... Eclipse Adoptium JRE 11.0.29 .
Please help... I miss REW ...

Please use the Help menu option to generate a diagnostic file and attach it.

Hi, sorry for the noise, I completely un-installed REW, re-installed REW_windows-x64_5_40_beta_112-api , and the problem is fixed.... No clue what was wrong..

Did you remove the log files when uninstalling? Without the diagnostic data it won't be possible to find and fix the cause of the problem.

Yes I did, since only ré-installing didn't solve the problem... I did a clean install and solved the problem...
Should have kept the debog file .. :-(

That would have been handy . It was probably related to a setting change on the distortion graph, since the clean install would have reset everything to defaults.

Yes , it happened suddenly, I must have made changes that I cannot remember...
I might do it again by chance (or not)...
