I can't get the FS sine Vrms on the signal generator to match the FS sine Vrms on the RTA window.

I can't get the FS sine Vrms on the signal generator to match the FS sine Vrms on the RTA window, so I can't raise the voltage on the generator. 0 dBFS should be 3.4952 Volts, but on the signal generator, it is limited to 2.07 Volts even though I calibrated the generator and the RTA window.

The generator calibration shows the maximum output at full scale is 2.07 volts. Either it wasn't calibrated correctly or that is the full scale voltage of the output device, which may be different to full scale voltage of the input device.
