Howdy from California - another Left Coaster

Hey folks - one of 40,000,000 people in California here. I grew up and still live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been doing audio on and off for 40 years. I'm an amateur engineer and I have a project studio (photos below). I hope to measure my two rooms in order to improve their acoustics. The people on this site seem like very nice people. Welcome @tommyboy... Is that a Leslie I see back there? Hammond C2? Definitely got some gear going on there...

Good eye, ddude. That's a C3 and a Leslie 145. Both are in okay condition but not best in class. I do love the Hammond sound! If I ever open up for business again I'll buy a digital Hammond. Out of the four Hammond techs that I know of around here, three have died in the last three years. You either have to learn to be your own tech... or get a digital. Thanks for reaching out.

haha! That's a very kind way to say it. I didn't bother to try and tidy up before I took a picture. That's the mess I usually work in. The live room stays clean for tracking while the control room is just 2 degrees below chaos - but actually manageable.
