Hi everybody! Audio enthusiast here, learning about REW

Extremely happy with my current set up. Wish I had more house to get more distance from back wall and be able to put the speakers firing down the long wall, but we work with what we got. After adding a sub and Minidsp with Dirac, I finally got the sound I always longed for. I had too much bass bloat, I couldn't even listen to bass heavy tracks, about 50% of my music taste. I put some nights in to REW, but the learning curve is quite steep without anybody in my friend group who knows how this works. At ASR I got some nice feedback on my questions, but I keep messing up the subwoofer measurements because of the signal to noise ratio. So that is my next project, but I need to do that deep at night when the rest of the fam is asleep, so it takes some time.

Anyway at ASR I read that this is the place for newbs to learn, so I'll be posting my results in a couple of days and will ask you to check and give advice. Thanks for reading, talk soon!
