Hello everyone. New to REW and got a dayton emm6 and a solo pre amp. I got all the drivers installed and this is in a truck and went to check left front door speakers and i got a -37ms time. Im told this is a crazy number. Im not sure if im doing this right or not. We have audio control software for delay but it only goes as high as 23ms. Also calibrated mic. Thank you.

I know this is years old but did you figure this out? I'm where you were back then. Thanks

Check your configuration by following the instructions in the attached video:
  • Make sure to select the correct driver. I recommend using the ASIO driver if your sound card supports it.
  • Ensure that the sample rate (SR) is the same across all settings.
  • Make sure you are not monitoring inputs; check for any input loopbacks into outputs (to avoid them).
  • Verify the correct configuration of inputs/outputs.
Follow the steps in the video

If all this is OK, reset your "Timing offset" field in "Measure" Window. Simply the distance you are measuring is smaller than a previous reference value, so IR looks negative.
