I am still a novice and still trying to better understand REW. Is it possible to please explain the graph attached taken in my room. Thank you.

Please read book 2 ("REW Advanced") of the free REW guide here. In a nutshell, there are no good reasons for beginners to look at the phase graph, because problems with phase will manifest in the SPL graph. The only reason to look at phase is to diagnose problems in the SPL graph.
