Been enjoying reading various reviews and people’s home theatre threads and have been learning heaps.
Been into audio systems from an early age and built my first Kit set amp and system at the age of 13. Have a few systems , a two channel analogue system in lounge consisting of kenwood turntable with mc cartridge, Mclaren pre and power amps , Marantz universal player for sand and lsqueezebox / ess DAC fir streaming audio.and some 1980s Wharfedale floor stand speakers.
Home theratre wise is old school Yamaha Rv800 reviver , 1980s Wharfedale speakers and Energy sub , ps1,2,3 , appletv , Sony und 700 Blu-ray player, and Sony 65 AF8 oled
Pc system has old 46 inch Sony 100hz tv ,some dell screens and Yamaha all in one home theatre system running energy LCR speakers.
Car system ive posted in the 12v section which was a dyi build.
garage has original amp i built 40 years ago along with some old two way speakers of the time.
so basically you could say that audio and av was one of my hobbies
