It features a hardy TPU cable sheath, FIBBR's top-shelf proprietary HDMI chip, and zinc alloy connectors. Additionally, it can operate in temperatures ranging from just below zero to 158 degrees Fahrenheit.

Can the lights be defeated? I have more tiny little pieces of gaffer's tape all over my rack already to hide status lights. Wouldn't want to have to tape off all my cables too. :)

I use these. Not 100% blacked out, but the leds are no longer distracting or splashing light on the screen and they are unnoticeable with the lights on in my case.
