Hi all,
My name is Jimmy, I have been working in music production and live sound for 5 years but since before I have been involved in the world of music as a guitarist, bassist, drummer, and percussionist interpreting Jazz, Funk, Rock and Folk.

My link with AV NIRVANA was created from the moment I downloaded REW, which, besides being free, is a very complete program, especially on the subject of live sound. I look forward to interacting with the community on the exciting subject of sound both to learn and to share knowledge.

I'm sure of that.

However I am having problems with the soundcard calibration:

This is my equipment:
McBook Pro 2011 with OSX 10.11.6
Sound Card: Saffire Pro 24 DSP (Focusrite)
REW v5.20 Beta 60 recently updated from previous REW 5.19

The Problem:
I loopback from input 1 to output 1 with a TRS cable.

When I turn up the gain knob of the sound card, I do not reach the Sweep level that REW gives me by default (-12dbFS) and the maximum it gives me in the card is -53dbFS.

I have tried many suggested solutions in forums and on You Tube but all without success.
