Since I made the setting corrections previously suggested March 3rd) I have been able to start response testing actual speakers. Sadly, I have encountered a new issue.

All of my response tests (20Hz – 20kHz sine sweep) look as if there is a high-pass filter somewhere. I instrumented the signal from the computer and confirmed that if I set zero dB reference at 1kHz the stimulus is -11.5dB at 20Hz. I repeated the test using the generator function. Same result. I then used a freeware function generator app to see if I got the same results. The function generator output was nearly flat. I assume there is a setting that will address this, but I am at a loss to imagine what it might be. A weighting filter?

Thanks in advance for your help

Difficult to be sure what you are referring to or what you did when you measured the output. You can see the REW stimulus on the Captured graph after you make a measurement. It doesn't have a high pass of any sort. Every speaker does, of course.
