(August 11, 2021) The Florida Audio Expo is returning to the audio scene, announcing plans to open its doors next year. Organizers say the event will kick off on Friday, February 18 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Weshorte hotel. For complete details, including show dates and cost, read the official press release, below.

Tampa’s finest audio extravaganza is back for 2022! The third annual Florida Audio Expo is happening February 18–20, 2022 (Friday–Sunday), at the newly refurbished Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore hotel. The show will host the industry’s finest brands in more than 70 exhibit rooms, as well as in a new Marketplace area. Qobuz will return as the official streaming service.

Also new for 2022, the Florida Audio Expo will charge admission: $15 for Friday only, or $30 for all three days; students and spouses will be admitted free of charge, while first responders and military personnel will receive 50% off the ticket price. Consumers can buy tickets directly from the Expo’s website beginning September 18, 2021.

“We are thrilled to have our third annual show at the Embassy Suites Westshore,” said Bart Andeer, co-founder and operations manager of the Florida Audio Expo. “The convenience of being just minutes from the airport and downtown is a bonus for exhibitors and attendees alike. The 2022 show will be an exciting opportunity to once again share our passion for music and sound, and for attendees to experience new audio products from all over the world.”

The Florida Audio Expo is within convenient driving distance to such local attractions as Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium, and just an hour’s drive from Walt Disney World.

Hmmm.... not sure I've ever heard of them.

Month and a half to go....Sonnie, going?

Do we have to wear a mask? I can't hear good with a mask on.

I may not be able to make it since I have a gun show to attend on Feb 13 and 14.

I'm not sure my wife can spare me two weekends in a row.

No mask now, but by Feb who knows.
Hear you on the wife, but its for the greater good. Or something.

I'd probably prefer to skip the gun show and be in Tampa, but I'm not sure that would be good for my business... if you know what I mean.

We have all kinds of sales booths....

Are you selling all kinds of firearms?

Are you selling all kinds of firearms?
Nope, that's where you'd factor in. With wifes blessing. Business. All business hon.

The last thing I'd wanna do is have to go to a show to sell guns... lol. I don't mind shopping for them at a show, but selling at a show is a complicated process. It's much easier for me to sell here. Best we stick with listening to good audio at your show.

Hotel sold out.

Any mask rules as we're close?

Covid Policy Update:
We are following all Florida county, state laws and hotel rules for covid protocols, as of the 2nd week of Feb. At this time there are no mandates. However, that does not mean there are no precautions.
Masks are not required for entry into the show, but masking will be required in several exhibit spaces. We recommend each attendee to bring a mask as to have full run of the show. We will have some at the check-in area.
We request that all in attendance take a test prior to attending. A simple at home test will be sufficient.
If you are not feeling well, please do not attend. If you have underlying health conditions, this something for you to take into consideration.
