I can't find that option so it's probably not possible.

I'd like to use it with clean anechoic measurements: Set a target curve that fits the Hi-Pass of the loudspeaker, divide the anechoic response by the target curve and export this as a WAV IR that I would use to fix magnitude and phase by convolution.

Is it possible?

Sure. in the EQ window use the Generic or (for 5.20.14 early access) Generic extended equaliser, set up filters corresponding to the crossover shape on the EQ filters panel (for the Generic equaliser the last two choice are crossover filters, for Generic extended any filter position can be a crossover filter) and use the "Generate measurement from filters" action on the Filter tasks pane to create the target measurement. You can then use trace arithmetic division for your correction. The 5.20.14 early access build has a few additional features that may be useful, with options for regularisation and frequency limits for the division.

Yes, that's what I did but to get a 48 dB/oct hi-pass the only option I have is to add several HP filters
