Hey, so my problem is, that I am trying to eq my speakers and want to measure my results with REW, however the eq has no effect. I made sure that I have Java drivers enabled and the eq has an effect when audio is played from a different application.

Edit: REW version is 5.30.8

I have been using both for more than 5 years. John-does exclusive mode bypass EQapo?

WASAPI Exclusive mode bypasses all Windows Audio Processing Objects—the 'APO' in EqualizerAPO. See relevant discussions here and here.

You have chosen the output device entry that starts EXCL. That means the driver bypasses all processing including eqAPO. Pick the output device entry that doesn't start with EXCL.
