If we have already purchased a Dirac Live full License for NAD do we need to re-purchase? I ask because the login credentials already established don't work here: https://live.dirac.com/login

Credentials do work here https://portal.dirac.se/sign_in.php as before, but 2.0 is not available from there.

Then there's this login page https://www.dirac.com/login/ for which the page states that it's for 2.0 but not active yet.

So no enjoy yet, but with your help I'm hoping to soon. Thanks!

The upgrade from your current Full license to 2.0 is free of charge, no need to re-purchase.
Please contact us here: http://helpdesk.dirac.se/index.php?pg=request explaining the issue but also send your serial number,
we have'nt received all of them yet.

Thanks again Flavio. I'll contact the helpdesk as you suggested. For the record the Serial Number of my unit was previously provided to Dirac for the Beta Version so that may not be the problem.

Also just to let you know, I was able to get a login here https://live.dirac.com/login
by asking for a password reset. It does not show that I have a valid license though:


While logged in to the account is does offer to sell it, which I guess will be normal considering there's no record of the previous purchase here.


And if I attempt to activate the previous license key received when Dirac Live for NAD Full was first purchased it throws and error message that it is not a valid license or its a license that has been claimed by someone else. So that won't work either.

Will wait for the Dirac Help Desk

I tried to find out and I understand that users should now have been transferred to the new system so their email account should be there.
As a result it could work resetting the password ("Forgotten pwd") here:
https://live.dirac.com/login

Everything is new, not Dirac Live only, so we are having some teething problems..

Issue was even though the web account does not show an active license and offered to sell a product already purchased it looks as though Dirac 2.0 itself may have been working full band all along. Feeling kinda foolish here.

Our bad, not yours... we are migrating to a new licensing system and user portal, after resetting the password the license should appear.
