New self-service platform enables partners to manage devices, users, and multi-location audio environments from a single interface
DENVER, June 4, 2026 — Custom Channels, a technology-driven music and audio branding platform built for commercial environments, is unveiling its new Partner Portal at InfoComm 2026 (Booth C9700, June 17–19, Las Vegas), where the company will demonstrate the platform for partners, giving integrators, installers, and resellers direct control over how commercial music deployments are configured, managed, and scaled.
The Custom Channels Partner Portal represents the next evolution of Custom Channels Pro, delivering a fully featured, self-service content management system designed specifically for partners. Through a single interface, users can manage device inventory, deploy and redeploy players across locations, monitor connectivity, control playlists, and configure user and customer access—all without relying on external coordination or support.
“At Custom Channels, we talk a lot about being partner-first, and the Partner Portal is where that becomes real,” said Kurt Oleson, COO, Custom Channels. “This new portal puts integrators in direct control of their deployments, their timelines, and their customer environments. We become the platform underneath, enabling them to move faster and operate at scale to best serve their customers.”
For integrators managing multi-location deployments, the ability to control an entire device estate from a single system marks a significant shift. Inventory can be added and assigned, hardware can be redeployed across clients, and system performance can be monitored in real time, all within a unified environment designed for how integrators work in the field.
“Partners don’t want to manage music as a separate workflow; they want it fully integrated into how they deploy and support AV systems,” said René Arnold, Senior Director of Partnerships, Custom Channels. “The Partner Portal gives them that control, with the ability to manage multiple clients, assign role-based access to technicians, and provision systems without friction.”
The portal also extends value to end customers by balancing centralized control with local flexibility. Franchise and multi-unit operators can define approved playlists at the corporate level, while individual locations gain access to simple, no-login controls to adjust music within those parameters. In multi-unit residential environments, property managers can access branded, embedded controls for common spaces—without the operational risks tied to staff turnover or credential management.
Unlike traditional business music platforms that treat integrators as secondary users, the Custom Channels Partner Portal is purpose-built for partners as the primary operator. With capabilities such as multi-account management, role-based technician access, and real-time system monitoring, the platform is designed to support the scale and complexity of modern commercial AV deployments.
The Partner Portal also serves as the provisioning hub for Custom Channels’ newly introduced Q-SYS Verified Plugin, further aligning the company’s platform with the tools and environments integrators rely on most.
