Great SEC tournament game underway with LSU and AK. The Razorbacks destroyed the Gators to get there and LSU did the same to South Carolina.

And FSU defeats Louisville & then North Carolina to win the ACC Championship! We will be hosting the 1st regional game next week starting things off against Tennessee Tech.

This makes 34 regionals FSU has hosted (record).
We have the longest active NCAA tournament streak at 40.
We have advanced to 15 super Regionals (record).

Two weeks ago it was looking bleak for FSU, amazing how things can turn around.

Well who would have thought FSU would have come from behind to get a birth in the CWS in Omaha! They have come from being lucky to hosta Regional to winning their Super Regional. They not only beat Sam Houston University in two games, but they set another NCAA Super Regional record by winning game 2 with the largest margin of victory ever with a 19-0 shut out!

FSU has been to Omaha many times and never been able to bring it home. It seems they have always peaked early. I'm hoping this year they are bringing everything together at the right time. Can't wait to see!!!

Go Noles...(insert Seminole Smiley doing the chop here)

Well, they will have to take on LSU first on Saturday. The Tigers are looking like they have it together too, so it should be a great game. Congratulations to the Tigers and the Gators, my alma mater and my adopted home town team for making it to the CWS.

Yep, LSU is the real deal this year! Should be a great game.

Can someone explain how the CWS works, format-wise?

It's something I've never followed and from the outside the format is a tad confusing...

It all starts with Regional Play Offs. The best teams from pre-determined regions. This is where the brackets start.

These winners then advance to a Super-Regional which condenses the bracket even more.

These winners are bound for the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska. This is where the bracket is now...all Super-Regional winners.

This is at least my understanding of it, Please correct me if I'm missing something.
You have to root for the Noles now that you understand what's up!!!

Pay no attention to the man behind the war paint. The Tigers are the team to cheer for!

Doesn't seem all that difficult to follow... I might check some of it out!

FSU vs LSU Saturday @ 08:00.

They don't get any tougher than that! FSU will have to bring its A game! Even that is no guaranty...LSU is for real this year!

There have been some outstanding games in this year's tournament so far. I expect there to be some more.

And the Softball CWS was outstanding as well. Florida lost but wow, those girls can play ball.

I watched the Softball CWS... it was something else. that's a really exciting game to watch.

Florida was sooooooo close to winning that game 1. So close.

Sorry, Tonto, your Noles played a good game but dem Tigers got some fight!

Pretty cool that these teams are playing while school is out. When are the finals? Sometime in July?

Yeah, FSU gave it away with those 2 errors! Gonna see how they fair in the losers bracket today at 2:00!

I'm pulling for LSU!!!!

I'm split on this one. The Gators have never won it and I would love to see them get a Championship. The Tigers are my team, having two degrees from LSU and I would like to see the four guys who passed on MLB to come back get their Championship. Mostly just want to see both teams play good ball. The Gators have been impressive, so far, and other than a few mistakes tonight by LSU it has been pretty good.

I figured you'd be all over this baseball Leonard... with the Gators and the Bengals head to head.

Glad to see the gators win one. Not proud of the LSU fans behavior. And from the coverage you would think there were no UF fans there.
