Calibration troubles

Hi,
I've just discovered this program via this video

and i tried making my own cable and started the open circuit calibration process as the video explains.
Every time i get an error message stating that i'm clipping or i have an input volume too low.
What am i doing wrong?
I'll attach some screens to explain.

Probably a problem with your rig, it should be wired as shown in the help with a loopback from the output to the ref input.

I made some progress with the calibration. I got past the short circuit part but when i do the last calibration(with resistor) i get the low volume error "the input is -16db..."
Also all the values seem off/have low values(looking at the video's values)
