bug: minimum phase version when exported is ~ 3dB lower than its non minimum phase

on current rew beta, jre 17 on Linux and FreeBSD.

steps.
design a filter , e.g. with inversion .
generate minimum phase
export filter to wav: the output turns out to be about 3dB lower in amplitude.

I have fixed that for the next build, in the meantime you can scale the IR data on the Impulse graph by 3.01 dB before export.
