(June 1, 2026) Summer is officially watch party season. Baseball is in full swing, the World Cup is nearly here, outdoor movie nights sound more and more appealing, and backyards across the country are once again grounds where friends, family, and food meet to mingle.
AWOL Vision is leaning heavily into that reality with a broad, entertainment-focused product push centered on what the company calls "Host Heroes." Because when you step up to volunteer your homes as a gathering place for game days, movie nights, and gaming sessions, you're both the host and the hero. Rather than introducing a single new product, AWOL is rolling out a collection of projection solutions intended to cover everything from dedicated home theaters to backyard viewing setups.
The announcement is headlined by the commercial availability of the new Aetherion Pro, an ultra-short-throw projector designed to deliver massive images from just inches away from a wall or screen. Positioned as a living-room-friendly alternative to large flat panels, the Aetherion Pro combines 4K projection with gaming-focused features including high refresh rates and low-latency performance. AWOL says the projector is bright enough for viewing in rooms with ambient light while delivering image quality that rivals comparably sized premium televisions. Pricing starts at $3,499 with availability on Amazon among other retail outlets.
Also joining the lineup is the Valerion Max Theater Package, a premium triple-laser projection system targeted at dedicated viewing spaces and serious home theater environments. Designed to prioritize cinematic image quality, the package is intended for enthusiasts who want large-format projection without sacrificing image detail, color, or contrast performance. The Valerion Max Theater Package includes a projector plus a matte white screen and stand, with screen sizes ranging from 100" to 200". It becomes available June 1 with pricing starting at $4,199.
For buyers looking for something a bit more lifestyle-oriented, AWOL is introducing new color variants of the Valerion Pro 2 projector. The addition of red and purple finishes gives owners a chance to make the projector a more visible part of a room's design, rather than something hidden away on a shelf. Pricing for the Valerion Pro 2 starts at $2,699 and is also available on Amazon.
Perhaps the most seasonally appropriate addition, however, is a new line of Valerion inflatable outdoor screens. Designed for patios, backyards, campsites, poolside setups, and neighborhood gatherings. The screens feature wrinkle-resistant viewing surfaces and a sealed-air design that eliminates the constant blower noise commonly associated with inflatable screens. AWOL says setup can be completed in as little as ten minutes, making them a practical option for spontaneous movie nights and sports viewing events. Availability is expected in July, with pricing to be announced closer to launch.
