ASIO issues

Hi,
having issues with FLEXASIO and ASIO4ALL, using win 11 thinkpad with NVDA GPU which its driver are not insatlled and do not appers in device manager, sound outputs etc...

it outputing sound, but it sounds like a machine gun/choper.

in FLEXASIO, when enabling exclusive mode in the config file (inside REW) - the machine gun sound engaed, while in non exclusive mode - there are non issues.

same goes to ASIO4ALL .

I have chacked that both input and output are set in windows sound setting to 24bit/48khz.
also try to increse the buffer to 1024 and to 2048.

one starnge thig that i have noticed is that at the ASIO4ALL control panel when hovering over the HD AUDIO OUT - it appers to be 16bit/48khz- I dont know if its a real "reading" or if te bit depth is casuing that.

both in and out -are alowed to operate in exclusive mode in windows setting.

Use the Java driver option and choose the device names that start EXCL.

works great - except that i having an issue with the timing refernce zing.
1.99% percent of the measurments - i seeing Rew is waiyng for timing refrence to zing - it doesnot happen.than its start the measurment - and after the sweep is complete - it zingggg. why am i not reciving one also on the bigining ?

when i choose in options play diether before sweep - i do get both -one at the start and one in the end.

any inputs ?

Something in the replay path is slow to unmute, the dither option helps with that.
