Applying Filters in an Active System

I converted my two-way speakers to active with a miniDSP product.

I can do a frequency sweep and easily generate a set of filters with AutoEQ.

Now I'm trying to decide how to effectively separate the LP and HP filters into
two separate coefficients files so I can apply them in my MiniDSP

Thoughts anyone?

P.S. I'm looking at the most recent version of REW and I see in the EQ Filters
where you may be able to select/deselect each individual filter before saving?

Or I could "Match Response to Target" twice. Once with the range 20 to 2500 and
the second time 2500 to 20000. Saving the coefficients separately?

Do you really need to separate the filters for the LP and HP? Why not generate one filter file and import it into all 4 MiniDSP channels? The filters will only act on the Frequency Range you are assigning to each driver.

The 'two step' method at the crosser point seems to work well.

What I do is run them separately to get the levels matched, and then run both at the same time and input the PEQs in the appropriate drivers adjustment.

Make 4 channels out of the 2 stereo ones. Add to the individual channels, resources that really belong to them; X-over and driver specific fault corrections. Then, do measurement of whole system and do EQ to the incoming channels L and R.

You are correct. I can EQ the four analog outputs using my two step method. I can then do a full
range sweep and do a final EQ on the left and right inputs.
