Started putting my av rack together. Was frustrated at first, couldn't figure out why the shelf screw holes wouldn't line up. Finally realized you have to start shelf at the hash mark. Also I over ordered shelves, 21u isn't as big as u think once you give your amp and avr some breathing room. And I cut short the manufacturer recommended 12 inches. Hoping the seller will take the extra unopened shelves back.
