Hi all. I've built a free web tool that reads REW's text export and tries to answer the question most first measurements end with: what is this, and can EQ fix it?
It's meant to sit after REW, not replace any of it. You export the measurement as text (File > Export > Export measurement as text, smoothing off), enter the room's dimensions and where the speakers and seat are, and it:
There's no AI in it. The classification is plain room acoustics: mode frequencies and pressure at the seat from the dimensions, and quarter-wavelength boundary nulls from the positions. Everything runs in the browser, so the measurement isn't uploaded, and there's no account.

It's a rigid rectangular room model, so openings and coupled spaces aren't modelled, and the report says when the measurement disagrees with the prediction. If you try it on a measurement where you know the answer, I'd like to hear where it's wrong. And thanks to John for REW, without which none of this exists.
It's meant to sit after REW, not replace any of it. You export the measurement as text (File > Export > Export measurement as text, smoothing off), enter the room's dimensions and where the speakers and seat are, and it:
- predicts the room's modes and the speaker-boundary nulls from that geometry
- matches each measured peak and dip to a likely cause
- marks which ones EQ can fix and which it can't (boundary cancellations, nulls at the seat), and writes filters only for the fixable ones, in the format REW's EQ window and Equalizer APO import
- puts free changes first: seat and speaker position before EQ
There's no AI in it. The classification is plain room acoustics: mode frequencies and pressure at the seat from the dimensions, and quarter-wavelength boundary nulls from the positions. Everything runs in the browser, so the measurement isn't uploaded, and there's no account.

You measured your room in REW and got a wall of graphs. Upload the text export, enter your room dimensions, and get a plain-language diagnosis with a prioritised fix list, including which problems EQ can never solve.
