LSU self destructed masterfully last night. Now they have two weeks to dwell on it before Bama comes to town. Probably not good for Bama and this game will have a lot on the line for both teams.
Be a real shame for Bama not to make it in year 1 of a 12 team playoff, but it’s looking that way.

Bama was fortunate that Mizzou did not have their starting QB, as I think it would have been a different game. I highly doubt there would have been three interceptions.

Personally, even if we beat LSU, I don't think we are a playoff-caliber team this year. I know a lot of Bama fans would jail me if they heard me say it out loud, but it is what it is. Now if we were to win out and beat everyone convincingly 50 to nothing, I might say we would qualify to be in the back of the pile if enough other teams ahead of us lose, but something tells me that ain't gonna happen.

I wanted to catch that Boise State game last night to see more of Jeanty and forgot. Old age starting to set in I suppose.

Hopefully I won’t forget to tune in to OSU and Penn State in a little bit! GoogleTV tags all the SEC games for me for later viewing, so plenty safe there.

A few close games early on, but then the better team pulled away.

I'm a little surprised at Iowa State, but it was close. Also at Clemson and Texas A&M... thought both would win their games.

Texas Texh tried over and over to give us that game but we just didn’t want it. Lots of meltdowns on defense. I’m not sure what’s going on, coming off a bye week and our homecoming. Should’ve shown more effort in that game. Disappointing.
