Which mic file do i use?

I have a cross spectrum emm-6 mic.

Great support from them. My usb stick died with my mic files. They emailed me replacements, bought the mic over 7 years ago.

Which file should i use in rew.

narrow band response 90 or 1/3 octave band reponse 90

Usually the narrow band response. "90" is for use when the mic is pointed straight up rather than at whatever you are measuring.
