Whats the best safe bet bang for the back 10hdd under 400$

right noow my current nas is a Synology 1 Bay NAS DiskStation (DS119j), 1-Bay; 256MB DDR3L with a old
but still reliably kicking Toshiba 3.5-Inch 3TB 7200 RPM SATA3/SATA 6.0 GB/s 64MB Hard Drive DT01ACA300

but its 87% full an after 4 years its time to upgrade an for one my nas colud be a little faster in file back up an transfur ,an while iv read a lot of
reviews on Synology an ther 2 Bay NAS DiskStation DS218 (Diskless)

for under 300$ an QNAP's TS-251+ (8GB RAM version) 2-Bay Next Gen Personal Cloud NAS, Intel 2.0GHz Quad-Core CPU with Media Transcoding
(TS-251+-8G-US) for under 500$ which will allow my pc a direct connect via

one of its two Gigabit LAN Ports so as to bypass my router atleast for backup while the others to my home network
im really wondering is it worth it for either to pair with either two

Seagate IronWolf Pro 10TB NAS Internal Hard Drive HDD –CMR 3.5 Inch SATA 6Gb/s 256MB Cache for RAID Network Attached Storage, Data Recovery Service – Frustration Free Packaging (ST10000NE0008)

or

Western Digital 10TB WD Red Plus NAS Internal Hard Drive - 5400 RPM Class, SATA 6 Gb/s, CMR, 256 MB Cache, 3.5" - WD101EFAX

or

Western Digital 10TB WD Gold Enterprise Class Internal Hard Drive - 7200 RPM Class, SATA 6 Gb/s, 256 MB Cache, 3.5" - WD102KRYZ

or with two of one of those choices build a small pc an use a free nas os

i buy all my gear in chunks as my budget is 450 - 500$ for any pc gear so its really got to count when i spend no ( winners ) you know what i mean

id like your thoughts an opitions on all this

Hopefully some of the others can chime in here. I don't do large files, movies, etc... mostly just a few CD's on my server, so it is rather simple, a 500GB SSD connected via USB to my Intel NUC.

When it comes to har drives, I generally get the cheapest ones I can find. But that's because I have backups.

As for the enclosures, depends upon what you're going to do with it.
