VIZIO Announces First Wave of Black Friday Deals​

(November 14, 2018) Get your credit cards ready... Black Friday deals are coming! Earlier this week we revealed LG’s Black Friday pricing. Now it’s time for VIZIO, which just announced a range of forthcoming sales on some of its most popular gear.

Headlining VIZIO’s announcement is a $600 savings on the company’s highly regarded 65” flagship P-Series Quantum 4K TV. This particular model is somewhat similar to its popular P-Series but ups the ante with better brightness (up to 2,000 Nits), glare reduction, and 192 zones of local dimming for excellent black level performance. It typically sells for $2,099, but can be purchased at Costco, Target, or Walmart from 11/16/18 thru 11/26/18 for $1,499. That number places the TV squarely in a price range that's typically reserved for strong mid-tier models.

It ships with a three-channel soundbar that houses dual upward firing Atmos channels, a wireless sub, and two satellite speakers. Owners can connect it direct to a television, or stream music using WiFi, Chromecast, or Bluetooth.

Did anyone score a P Quantum? I tried... couldn’t find anyone that had it in stock. :-/

Several Best Buys close to me have the 55" in stock. Too large for the ones I want to replace and too good for my garage!

The P-Series is in stock... but the P Quantum (which is only sold in 65") is the one that's out of stock. RTINGS.com warned of a severe shortage of P Quantum sets saying: "some retailers have de-listed it, so it is currently unclear if the inventory situation will improve."

Made me a little nervous to pre-order from B&H. Who knows when stock numbers will get replenished.
