Using REW how to show time and date in graph of db and frequency.

Thanks for any help you can give on this. I am an absolute newbie with REW. Unfortunately I believe that a neighbor of mine is harassing me and my family with INFRASOUND. I purchased a USB microphone that supposedly goes down to 8 hz, and I have REW on my Mac with the microphone plugged in to the Mac. All I want to is have REW monitor Db and Frequency 24/7 for a week or 2 to present to a judge. I would be grateful for any assistance someone can give me on this including letting me know if recording 24/7 for 2 weeks is possible, and if the resulting file should be manageable. I have been reading the tutorial that comes with REW and have looked and (and continue to look at) You Tube videos on how to use REW, but a simple straightforward instructions to achieve my goal would be a great help. Thank you again for any assistance you can give me.

I see that it is simple to graph db vs frequency, but I need to show time and date so that I can show a judge when the infrasound is on and at high db.
