Umik-1 Not Connecting to Computer

I cannot get my Umik-1 to connect to my computer. When I plug in the USB cable, the blue light on the microphone turns on, but it doesn't show up in my list of microphones. Any ideas on why it's not connecting?

I'm using windows 10 and I've downloaded the latest beta for REW.

It needs a firm push in the the back of the mic to connect properly, power connects before data so it may not be in as far as it needs to be.
