Trying to install REW 5.20.13 on this Intel Mac

I currently have 5.20.9 installed on a 2019 MBP. Downloaded the REW Installer and after it launches, status window disappears and the installer hangs. Running macOS Ventura 13.3 developer beta 1.

Anybody else having trouble?

Change the theme to light (not auto or dark) and the installer should run. Alternatively install the 5.20.14 build.
