Trouble recognizing pro audio ADC as input

I have upgraded to Mojave 10.14.3, I am using the 5.20 version of REW.
I have used the Iconnectivity Audio 2+, Metric Halo Lio and UAD Apollo Twin.
In each situation I can get the respective converter to output a test signal and map any channel as the output in the preferences. I cant get any of the converters to be recognized as an input in the preferences.
Anyone got any tips?
Debug file uploaded with this post - Audio **** Yeah is an aggregate device that is the metric halo with the iconnectivity. i have tried each individually as well but normally i run them into my DAW as a group

Is REW in the list of apps allowed to access the microphone?

When you say you can't get the converters to be recognised as inputs what do you mean? They don't appear as an input device, or don't appear as an input, or they can be selected but the data is stuck at some low value?
