Current recordings and playback technologies have serious limitations as far as the spatial aspects of sound reproduction are concerned but today's object based audio, together with different recording techniques, may greatly improve the 3D sound reproduction.

I'm all for it... just listen to the music tracks on Dolby Atmos and DTS X demo discs! The sound experience is absolutely extraordinary.

Don't forget...Auro-3D has a fairly extensive library of audio discs ;-)
