Hello, dear Avnirvana Forum!

This is my first time here, so I’ll introduce myself right away.

I’m Mr. Dumpling, and I’m a huge hi-fi enthusiast—some say I have a special ear for it.

My interest in this came from the fact that I couldn’t leave the house for years due to an illness.

About 5 years ago, I worked actively with REW and was really fascinated by it.

So much so that I even had someone come over to set it up for me, even after I thought I’d done a good job myself, just to see what a professional could do.

Now it’s time again, and I get to enjoy working with REW once more.

Before I teach myself all of this again, I wanted to kindly ask if anyone would like to do this with me, so I can learn how to do it right from the start.

I have a system here consisting of an Avantgarde Duo Omega and a Merovinger subwoofer—a sealed, active system controlled via DSP and equipped with four servo-driven long-throw drivers, each 13.5 inches in size.

Dimensions: 2 m. Weight: 200 kg.

Controlled via a Yamaha A6A.

Power comes from a Caitlyn CS-88A.

The streaming source is the PC.

I look forward to your feedback, and if this is not welcome, please forgive me and delete the post.

Here’s to many great hours and even finer sounds!

(P.S. I had to translate this because written English is unfortunately not my strong suit.)
